Talitha began her dance training at the age of eight in a community program at Neptune Beach elementary. After realizing how quickly she fell in love with dance she enrolled in classes and started taking it more seriously. She was inspired by Miss Kimberly Picard’s passion for dance at a very young age and has held on to that and created her own since then. Talitha has trained in many types of dance including ballet, lyrical, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop, and pointe, with her current focus being in contemporary/modern. She has competed in Bravo’s Dance Team for the past 5 years. Talitha worked with many well-known choreographers and dancers such as Scott Benson, Brandii McCoy, Gerard Heintz, and Kameron Bink to name a few. Talitha graduated from high school in May 2011 with multiple semesters of college completed through dual enrollment at FSCJ. She plans on continuing at FSCJ for her AA, then transfer to the University of Florida where she would like to major in athletic nutrition and in dance education. We are happy to have Talitha join the Bravo staff this year, sharing her love of dance with the young children.
